In 1999 Jeremiah Johnson cofounded 8bitpeoples - a collective of artists interested in the audio-visual capabilities of early home computers and video game consoles. During his shows he generally uses a couple of Game Boys and NES consoles hooked up to a QWERTY keyboard, letting him rock out in much the same way a conventional keyboardist would.
